Here’s a quick ab-workout video that you can just do at home before hitting the beach, plus make sure to eat clean and healthy.
Snap Jumps- 20 reps
Mountain Climbers- 50reps (25 each side)
Burpees- 15 reps
Scissor Kicks- 40 reps
Ab bikes – 40 reps
Do each circuit for 10 minutes, as many rounds as you can. Repeat 2 circuits twice, a total of 40minute workout. It’s up to you if you wanna do it everyday or just three times a week.

P.S I had a lot of cheat days. hehehe
You won’t see results overnight, in a few days or maybe even in a week’s time but things are changing. Trust the process. It’s not about perfect, it’s about effort. and when you bring that effort every single day, that is when change happens.
